Safe payment

Your payment goes through our payment service provider. The connection to our website is encrypted. We do not store your card details.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. No further VAT is added. Shipping costs are added to the price, and you will see the total before you pay. The amounts are on the Delivery and shipping page.

Refunds

Do we need to refund you, for example after a withdrawal? We do this through the payment method you used for your order, unless we agree otherwise together. This costs you nothing. You can read more on the Returns page.
