Delivery and shipping

When your book ships and what shipping costs.

Delivery time

Every book shows its delivery time. There are two options:

  • Ordered before 15:00, shipped the same day. This applies Monday to Friday.
  • Shipped within 5–8 working days.

The delivery time refers to the day of shipping. After that, the delivery service brings your parcel to you.

Several books

Are you ordering several books? We send them together in one shipment. The latest shipping date decides when the shipment leaves.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include VAT. There is no minimum order for free shipping.

  • The Netherlands: €4.60 or €7.20
  • Belgium: €7.90
  • Germany: €4.95 or €6.45

In the Netherlands and Germany, the amount depends on the shipping class of the book. You will see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.

Delivery services

We ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Not at home

Are you not at home? The delivery service then follows its own procedure. You will usually get a message about what happens to your parcel. Still stuck? Email us at contact@bookwinkel.com.

Damage

Did your book arrive damaged? Email us as soon as possible at contact@bookwinkel.com. Include your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will put it right at no cost to you.
